Policy for Traveler and Tour Guide. For example, travelers are not allowed
to cancel the tour guide booking around 24-48 hours before the trip started.

Make sure the promo or cheaper price is not only beneficial for travelers but also the tour guide. For example, if the tour guide got a lot of booking from the travelers, they can receive point to be exchange with cash reward or something else.

Terms to have an online video call with tour guide.
For example, travelers can only request for online video call
after completing the payment.

Insight
My first impression on GetYourGuide app is
“this is a great app because it has a visually appealing UI Design”.
But as soon as I did the comparison between GetYourGuide and GuruWalk, I realized that the feature on GetYourGuide app is more limited.
So, to gain a good impression for the first-time user and give them smooth experience using the app, visual aspect needs to be considered in designing Bajo Tour Guide app (UX Laws – Aesthetic-Usability Effects).

Comparative Analysis
I initiated a comparative analysis of 2 existing mobile apps.
The goal is to see if there is any feature on our competitor app
that shows the credibility of the tour guide and able to build trust with the users and see If there is any limitation on their apps so I can add the feature in this design project.

The Goal
Design a mobile app for the travelers that offers a trusted Tour Guide services
at an affordable price for travelers to enjoy a comfortable experience at Labuan Bajo.
User Persona
Meet Taylor
Taylor is a worker who loves to travel with his family on his day off. He planned to travel to Labuan Bajo next holiday. But, the problem is he has trust issues to book Labuan Bajo tour guide services because of the scam case that went viral
So, he needs trusted, verified, and certified tour guide, budget-friendly including promo trip package with the tour guide to give the best holiday for his family

Our team had an online Focus Group Discussion to talk about 💻 a problem
that we will pick for this project. We finally agreed to take the scam case
coming from illegal tour guides that happened at Labuan Bajo 🏖️
plus Additional Findings from the News 📰.

Local and international travelers lost a huge amount of money because of the scam
done by illegal tour guides who offered extremely cheap trip packages
and services through social media.
